At our core, we are a strategy planning and creative design firm offering consulting, design and procurement. We work with clients big and small to help them grow and engage their market.
A little about our origins:
Xortie was founded by Tim Achmad in 2013 after a successful career in marketing and advertising, and while completing his MBA. Following the classic story, Tim left the corporate world and dropped out — though he eventually returned and finished.
Initially created to service the strategy and design needs of his own ventures — a SaaS business and a lighting company — Xortie quickly attracted outside interest. What began as a small consulting practice soon grew to include clients ranging from local sole traders to multinationals.
In 2014, after collaborating on several projects with Xortie and building a distinguished career at some of the world’s largest ad agencies, Blessel Marie joined the team to lead creative design.

Backed by studies in marketing, economics, and an MBA, he brings both commercial and creative depth to every project Xortie leads.
Creative Director
An artist at heart, Blessel Marie completed a Fine Arts degree majoring in Visual Communication before moving into advertising. With over 20 years’ experience working across global agency networks and some of the world’s biggest brands, she now leads the creative team at Xortie — blending craft, storytelling, and visual strategy.
