Our strategy and planning team reviewed all Integrity and Values brand assets, from website to staff social media profiles to print collateral. Set out to position the brand as the most knowledgable in the leadership arena, we proposed a simple yet effective strategy: leverage the firm’s existing online assets.

Simultaneously, Xortie evaluated the management and coaching team’s digital presence. Our copywriters and strategy planners developed a unique and powerful story for each executive and coach. These stories were then adapted into social media and the firm’s new website.
Xortie boosted the company’s social media presence next, developing Facebook pages, refreshing and populating its LinkedIn company page, and leveraging the CEO’s Twitter account. After the fundamental setup, we planned a practical and hassle-free social media publishing program to ensure the Integrity and Values brand stays fresh and relevant to the target market.
As sales is the primary measurement of success for both parties, Xortie worked closely with the firm’s executive team to plan lead generation programs. Testing and optimisation on a number of platforms are key to the success of any online advertising campaign. Xortie therefore tested different creative material and messaging for Integrity and Values, identifying platforms, messaging, and keywords with the greatest return. And because we believe that lead generation is a quality–not quantity–game and that online advertising is extremely dynamic, we continue to optimise. As part of our continuous optimisation efforts, we implemented an automated lead qualification system and populated the firm’s CRM (customer relationship management), which successfully developed a new sales pipeline.
